Hugo "John" Peterson

Hugo "John" Peterson, 90, of Biloxi, MS died on Wednesday, March 2, 2011. Mr. Peterson was a native of Brooklyn, NY. He served in the US Army Air Corp. He was a WW II veteran. Mr. Peterson served as a 1st Lieutenant. He was also a pilot. After the service, he became an instructor at KAFB and retired Civil Service. He was a member of First Baptist Church Biloxi. Mr. Peterson is survived by his wife of 65 years, Mildred Adams Peterson; daughter, Cheryl Thomson; son-in-law, Col. Timothy J. Thomson, USAF, Retired; two granddaughters, Sarah (Travis) Thomson Williams and Shawn Kelly Thomson; sister, Gloria Allen. Graveside services will be on Monday, March 7, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
