Huiwen Simon Tan

Huiwen Simon Tan, 42, of Biloxi, MS, died Monday, September 27, 2010, in Biloxi. Mr. Tan was born in Canton, China and had been a resident of the coast for the past 10 years. He was employed with Hard Rock Casino as a sous chef. He was a member of Crossroad Church of the Nazarene. Survivors include his longtime companion, Rebecca Mobley of N. Biloxi; daughter, Crystal Tan of N. Biloxi; mother, Jin Ping Li of San Francisco, CA, and brother, Huihong Howard Tan of New Orleans, LA. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue in Biloxi, where friends may visit from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Vancleave Cemetery #1.
