Ignacy Sleczka

Mr. Ignacy Sleczka, 87, of Biloxi, MS, died Thursday, August 3, 2006, in Biloxi. Mr. Sleczka was a native of Poland and had been a resident of Biloxi for the past 35 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Biloxi. In 1984 he retired from Ingall's Shipbuilding where he had been employed as a shipfitter since 1971. Mr. Sleczka was preceded in death by his wife, Stanislawa Sleczka, two sisters and five brothers. Survivors include his son, Daniel Wisniewski and his wife, Joan, of Biloxi; two grandsons, Thomas Wisniewski and his wife, Barbara, and Dennis Wisniewski and his wife, Latisha, and four great grandchildren, Courtney, Colleen, Sabrina and Brandon Wisniewski. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2006, at 10 a.m. at Biloxi City Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Pass Road, Biloxi, is in charge of arrangements.
