Ingrid Frisbie

Mrs. Ingrid "Edie" Frisbie, age 78, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Tuesday, March 22, 2011, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Frisbie was a native of Germany and a resident of the community since 1960. She was an avid fisherman, a gardener who loved the outdoors and a member of the Gulf Coast Dart Association. She was also a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Frisbie was preceded in death by her parents, Franz Hallman and Marie Agate Hallman and grandmother, Louise Cristina Kirchheim. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Lyle E. "Skip" Frisbie of Ocean Springs, son, Troy (Cecilia) Frisbie of Vancleave and grandson, Austin Frisbie. Visitation will be on Saturday, March 26, 2011, from 5 pm until 6:30 pm, with a 6:30 pm memorial service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to Camellia Ministries, P.O. Box 1267, Hattiesburg, MS. 39403.
