Ingrid Martha Tinsley

It is with great sadness that the family of Ingrid Tinsley announce her passing to be with her Heavenly Father on April 18, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Ingrid was born on January 3, 1937 in Karlsruhe, Germany and has been a resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast for the past 35 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Windsor Park in Ocean Springs. She married Jack Author Tinsley, who she met in Germany.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack; her parents and two brothers.

Ingrid is survived by her children, Uwe (Sandra) Rheinfrank, Carmen (George) Hernandez, Antje (Curtis) Coleman and Donnie (Gale) Tinsley; her grandchildren, Christopher, Jason, Megan, Trey, Sierra, Kaitlyn, Ryan and Liam; her great-grandchildren, Noah, Isabella, Gretchen and Charlotte; and her beloved Dachshund, Heidi.

The family would like to thank Dr. Timothy Ivey, M.D and Hospice of Light.

Funeral Services will be held at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Porter Avenue in Ocean Springs on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 11:00 am with Brother Eddie Lambert of First Baptist Church of Windsor Park officiating. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until service time. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
