Isaac Sipriano Jr., 77, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 in Ocean Springs.

Mr. Sipriano was born on August 7, 1946 in Kemp, TX. He graduated from Kaufman High School and East Texas State University in Commerce, TX. Mr. Sipriano served in the U.S. Air Force from 1969-1973 and worked 34 years of loyal and dedicated service at the Keesler Civilian Personnel Office, Department of Defense, as a Labor Relations Specialist. He received awards for the ATC Outstanding Civilian Personnel Intermediate Program Manager in 1983 and the ATC Outstanding Program Specialist in 1987. Mr. Sipriano enjoyed fishing at the Courthouse Pier with friends and family and many other outdoor activities.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Isaac and Lucille Sipriano.

Mr. Sipriano’s survivors include his wife, Melba “Dotsy” Wells Sipriano; his children, Isaac (Maria) Sipriano III and Vincent (Devon) Sipriano; his grandchildren, Austin, Ashton Elizabeth, Carlos and Mila, Vincent, Jr., and Ella Sipriano; his sister, Mary Helen Sipriano; and his beloved pets, Twinkie and Bootsie.

A Memorial Service will be held at First Presbyterian Church in Biloxi on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 12:00 pm. Friends may visit from 11:00 am until service time. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery where military honors will be rendered.
