Isabel Liza Baxter

Isabel Liza Baxter, age 72, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.

Isabel was born on July 8, 1952 in Philippines, Visaya, Cebu. She attended Rizal in Philippines and sewing school. She was the owner at Liza’s Alterations and also worked at Treasure Bay and the Air Force base. During her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, word searches, and spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her mom, Luisa Garcia.

Left to cherish her memory include her dad, Quitorio; daughter, Michelle (Doug Young); grandchildren, Michael McClure (Megan Adkins), Patrick Young (Chelse Young) and Hailee Young; great grandchildren, Carson, Olivia, Hunter, Kynslee and numerous more; and by her siblings, Judy Sund, Marian West, Lorna Alagar.
