Ivy Lee Daigle

Ivy Lee Daigle, 61, of Gulfport died Saturday, February 12, 2005 in Gulfport. Mr. Daigle served in the United States Army and was a veteran of Vietnam, where he received the Bronze Star and Purple Heart. He was a member of Asbestos Union Local #53 and the VFW. Mr. Daigle was preceded in death by his daughter Sherri Lynn Daigle; son Ivy Lee Daigle, Jr.; father Jesse Daigle; and two brothers E.J. & Colvin Daigle. He is survived by his wife Linda Daigle of Gulfport; two daughters Stephanie (Jason) Hernandez & Kimberly (Frank) Ellis; three sisters; two brothers; and eight grandchildren Justin, Che’rie, Kaleigh, Kelsey, Kortney, Kassidy, Fhoenix, and Faizon. Services will be Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at 2PM in the chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on O’Neal Road in Gulfport. Visitation will be from 12-2PM. Military honors will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
