Jack H. Morris

Jack H. Morris II passed away on June 22, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. Jack was born on June 24, 1963 and was a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He served in the U.S. Navy. Jack was preceded in death by his sister, Eileen Shannon and his nephew, Ryan Christopherson. He is survived by his mother and father, Mr. and Mrs. Jack H. Morris of Saucier; three sisters, Sandy Steele of Perkinston, Jan Patton of Gulfport, Jackie Morris Copeland of Saucier; and two brothers, Donnie Murphy of Bonifay Florida and Jay Morris of Saucier. He is also survived by three nephews Channing Steele of Atlanta, Georgia, Donovan Murphy of Bonifay Florida and Brantley Copeland of Saucier; and a niece, Pam Shannon of Macon, Georgia. The family wishes to extend its gratitude to the ICU Department of Memorial Hospital. Their professionalism and compassion were equally matched and for this we are truly thankful. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to the Memorial Hospital at Gulfport Foundation, P.O. Box 940, Gulfport, MS 39502. The funeral service is Monday, June 25, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, O’Neal Road, Gulfport where friends may visit beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Finley Cemetery.
