Jacqueline Lee Wilson

On Tuesday, October 18, 2016, Jesus called our sweet angel home. Jacky Wilson peacefully passed away leaving her loving husband, Dick Wilson and five children, whose families include 11 grandchildren. Her extreme love for life and her intimate relationship with our Lord were the vivid foundations for every child, grandchild and anyone else who ever met our beautiful Jacky. Her love light shines bright from the earth to the Heavens paving the way for all of us pointing always to Jesus and instilling Him in each of our hearts. Through our sadness and heartbreak, we know she’s sitting whole on the lap of her Lord and Savior. Dick and Jacky have been longtime residents of Biloxi since Dick’s final tour of duty as a fighter pilot brought them here in 1972. Jacky had many passions and talents, but teaching was her first love. Jacky taught school for 38 years and generations of her students stop her daily to show off their families and children to their beloved teacher, Ms. Jacky. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Artiemessia Smith, of Indiana; and her brothers, Richard Smith and Mike Smith. She is survived by her soulmate of 62 years, Lt. Col/Ret. Dick Wilson; her son, Stephen Wilson; her daughters, Kimberly (Mark) Lundquist and Kristina (Jim) Adcock; and her twin sons, Michael (Megan) Wilson and Marty Wilson; her squad of 11 grandchildren she affectionately referred to as “Angels 11” include Mary Lee Melder, David Lundquist, Katianne Lundquist, Blake Adcock, Nicholas Adcock, Jessica Adcock, Jordan Wilson, Jett Wilson, Jace Wilson, Tori Wilson and Myia Wilson; and her brothers, Larry Smith and Chuck (June) Smith. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Sunday, October 23, 2016 with an 11:00 am chapel service on Monday, October 24, 2016, all at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-0’Keefe Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery at 12:30 pm.
