James "Catfish" Beauchamp Sr.

James B. "Catish" Beauchamp Sr., 79, died August 17, 2011 at home surrounded by loved ones. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force with over twenty years of service and retired from the Triangle and Gaude Bowling Alleys. He is preceded in death by twin infant daughters; mother, Flora Mae Owens; brother, Thomas Beauchamp, and stepfather, Eastland Beauchamp. He is survivied by his wife of 56 years, Estelle Hebert Beauchamp; children, Pamela (Ricky) Heinrich, Lori (Duane) Porter and Jimmy (Stephanie) Beauchamp Jr., a sister, Zonita (Bob) Schamis of PA; grandchildren, Sean Wren, Cody Mercer, and Rebecca Heinrich; step-children, Melody, Ryan and Brent Porter; along with many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 18, 2011 from 6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. at Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe. Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe. Interment will follow at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
