James Donald McKee

James Donald "Don" McKee, 68, of Gulfport died Thursday, May 8, 2008 in Gulfport. Mr. McKee was born in West Point, MS and had been a resident of Gulfport for about 40 years. He was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Biloxi. Mr. McKee served in the U.S. Air Force and was the owner of Coast Safety and Medical. Mr. McKee was preceded in death by his parents Robert Lee McKee and Mildred Eisenhower McKee and a nephew, James David Herkes. He is survived by his wife Mary Lou McKee of Gulfport; daughters Kelly McKee Kern of Gulfport and Shannon McKee Peel of Fort Polk, LA; sister Mildred Heil of Metairie, LA; and two grandchildren Evan Joseph Kern and Reagan Elizabeth Kern. A Mass of Christain Burial will be Monday, May 12, 2008 at 2PM at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church in Biloxi. Visitation will be one hour prior to the mass. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home on 15th Street in Gulfport will be in charge of arrangements.
