James Edward Hyre

Mr. James Edward Hyre, 83, of Ocean Springs, MS, died Monday, August 29, 2005, in Ocean Springs with his wife, Shamsi Hyre, during Hurricane Katrina. Mr. Hyre was a native of French Creek, West Virginia. He was a U. S. Air Force Veteran. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Raymond L. Hyre, Robert M. Hyre, Ralph W. Hyre and William E. Hyre. Survivors include two sisters, Ruth Pringle and Eleanor Mullins and one brother, Herbert Hyre. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2005, at 3 p.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery. The Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
