James D. Friend

James D. Friend, age 70, of D’Iberville, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2015. James was a resident of the MS Gulf Coast for the past 29 years and was stationed at Keesler Air Force Base when he retired. He was a loving husband and father who devoted his life to his family. James is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Nenita Friend; daughters, Maria (Brian Trickel) Friend, Leila (Johnny) Riera and Marites (Michael) Horne; sons, Randy Friend and Christopher Friend; sister, Ann (Steve) Swain; and grandchildren, Regan, Jake, Joshua, Marisa, Kenadie, Matthew, Isabelle and Sofia. A memorial service will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 21, 2015. Friends may visit one hour prior. Interment will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery.
