Mr. James E. Fulford, 82, of Theodore, Alabama died Sunday, March 6, 2005, in Biloxi.
Mr. Fulford was a native of Geneva, Alabama and had been a resident of the coast since 1996. He was a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the U. S. Army and served in WW II and the Korean Conflict. He was a retired attorney.
Survivors include his wife, Tamara Reiss Fulford; daughter, Tami DePonte and her husband, Lou, of Middlefield, CT; two sons, James Edward Fulford, Jr. and his wife, Nancy, of Atlanta, GA and David Clifton Fulford of Mobile, AL; step-son, Henry Frank Skinner of Divide, CO; sister, Lucille Mader of Winston Salem, NC; one brother, Sidney Earl Fulford and his wife, Joyce, of Hattiesburg, MS; two grandchildren, Leah G. Fulford and Sara C. DePonte; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Burial will be in Biloxi National Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
