James David Morrisette III

James David Morrisette III, age 73, beloved father and grandpa passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022 in Hattiesburg, MS.

James served 40 years in the U.S. Navy as an aircraft technician. He lived most of his life in either California or Virginia where he retired from Northrop Gruman, and then moved to Hattiesburg. He spent most of his time as a retiree doing projects in his woodshop and hanging out with his cat, Oreo.

James is preceded in death by his father, James David Morrisette II. He is survived by his mother, Norma Morrisette; children, David Morrisette (Amber) and Christina White (Jason); grandchildren, Kaylie, Makinley and Weston Morrisette and Shelby and Cade White; siblings, Judy Rightmier and Don Morrisette (Jackie); and his cat, Oreo.

Graveside service will be held at 10:00 am at Biloxi National Cemetery on Thursday, July 21, 2022.
