James Ronald "Digger" Myers

James Ronald “Digger” Myers, age 72 of Vancleave, MS passed away on July 10, 2021 in Ocean Springs, MS. He was born on December 23, 1948 in Vancleave, MS. James was a Highschool graduate. He was the Greatest Dad in the World. James was employed as a painter at Ingalls. He loved hunting, fishing, spending time with family, collecting knives, and gardening his veggies and fruit trees. James served in the United States Army. James was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Ruth Myers; and siblings, Paul, Edna, Roy (Nell) Myers, Monroe, And Mildred Prine Myers. He is survived by his spouse, Bobbie Myers; children, Tonya Myers, Alisha (David) Allgood, and Paul (Shelly) Myers; brothers, sisters, and In-laws, Gary (Lynn), Larry, Floyd, Ellen (Larry) White, Uvyone (Wayne) Jones, Mary (Glenn) Tregal, Brenda, Curtis Prine, Boo Boo (Georgan) Bang, Melvin (Trish), and Ray Ray; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, seven siblings, and three dogs. The family would like to extend a thank you to family and friends. A visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm with a service to follow at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 all at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Vancleave, MS. Burial will follow at Holiness Church Cemetery in Vancleave, MS. A reception will be held at 14721 McGregor Rd, Vancleave, MS 39565 following the services.
