Janice Sue Hanson

Janice S. Hanson, age 77, of Biloxi passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022.

Janice Sue was born in Biloxi to the late Eldridge and Vera Bosarge Wilkerson of Latimer. She enjoyed gardening, listening to country music, sitting and rocking on her patio while watching her humming birds and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of Ramsay Hill Baptist Church. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be deeply missed by those who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Timothy Dale Hanson; sister, Peggy (James) Fayard; brothers, Carl Wilkerson (Shirley), Kenneth Wilkerson (Billie Rae), Wayne Wilkerson and Gary D. Wilkerson.

Left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, Paul E. Hanson, Sr.; daughter, Kimberly M. Webster (Keith Drawdy); son, Paul E. Hanson, Jr. (Melissa); grandchildren, Ashley N. Bertran, Bridgett M. Leger (Brian), Timothy J. Webster and Samantha K. Hanson; great grandchildren, Layla M. Marsh, Jackson B. Bertran, Zoey R. Bertran, Brian “Tripp” K. Leger III and Mason Leger.

Funeral service will be held at Ramsay Hill Baptist Church on Friday, August 5, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Dale Greenwell officiating. Friends may visit from 11-12pm. Interment will follow in Wilkerson Cemetery. Pallbearers will include, Timothy J. Webster, Keith Drawdy, Michael Joe Henry, Nathan Boling, James L. Webster and John Casey.
