Jeannette Crawford

Jeanette Crawford, age 82, went to be with her Lord and Savior September 7, 2015 in Biloxi. She was born and lived most of her life in Memphis, TN until she moved to Biloxi 7 years age. Jeanette graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1954 and afterward returned to Memphis where she spent most of her professional career in the real-estate appraisal business. She was preceded in death by her father, Elkins B. Crawford, Sr. her mother and step-father Elizabeth B. and James E. Fleming, Sr. and her step-brother James E. Fleming, Jr. Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law Autry C. and Jack W. Hess of Long Beach, brother Elkins B. (Martha) Crawford, Jr. of Collierville, TN, special niece Elizabeth Hess of Long Beach and nephew Steve (Teresa) Hess of Byhalia, MS and other nephews and nieces. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
