Jeffrey Wayne Duncan, 61, of Biloxi, MS, passed away at his residence surrounded by family on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
Jeff was born in Zaragoza, Spain, and grew up in Biloxi. He was a proud ASE certified mechanic and retired from the job he loved in 2022 after 40 years. He was greatly proud of his 4 children and 3 grandchildren. He spent his weekends watching the Saints and NHRA racing with friends and family. He enjoyed fishing, grilling, cooking, and drag racing. Jeff was always ready to lend a hand, an ear, or a tool to anyone in need. All he would ask in return is a 12 pack of Miller Lite. He loved sharing his food with anyone and was often seen at his grill using (and forgetting) the “good” tongs, or buying multiple new seasonings to try.
Jeff is preceded in death by his parents, Sara (Beth) and James; brothers, Johnny and Jimmy; and close friends, Alan “Turk”, Jim Clack, and Glenn Huffstetter.
He is survived by his wife and friend of more than 30 years, Toby; sons, David (Chrissy), Corey, and Jacob; daughter, Natasha, (not-so) favorite son-in-law, Matthew Toncrey; grandchildren, Matthew Duncan and Wren and Riley Toncrey; sisters, Barbara Hutcherson (Ron Smith) and Marie Duncan; and many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Vital Caring Hospice, especially his nurses Beth, Dana, and Amber and aides Demetric and Sheila for the wonderful care he received.
Funeral services will be held at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi on Saturday June 15, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Friends may visit one hour prior. Interment will follow at Southern Memorial Park.
