Jeffrey Dupont Holland

Jeffrey Dupont Holland, 42 years young, from Ocean Springs, MS. left his earthly home, November 7th, 2015, completely surrounded by family and loved ones who sang him to heaven. Jeff was born November 27, 1972 to the proud parents, Barry & Brenda Holland of Ocean Springs. He was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, (paternal) Donald & Grace Holland, (maternal) R.T & Katie V. Ruble, as well as his uncle, Mitchell Holland and his aunt, Kathleen Ruble. Jeff is survived by his parents, whom he cherished, his little brother he admired, Jeremy Holland, (Melissa) and his nieces & nephews that he adored; Chris, Cameron, Kyle, KarLee Kate & Kelsee Grace Holland of Ocean Springs, MS, as well as the love of his life, Mary Chris Murry of Atlanta, GA. and countless relatives & loved ones who meant the world to him. Jeff blessed the lives of all who knew him with his infectious smile and his natural desire to help everyone he knew and even those he didn’t. He never met a stranger. Jeff served as the entertainment coordinator of KAPPA JOHN at University of Southern Alabama before graduating from University of Southern Miss with a B.S.in Nursing. Jeff’s passion in life was to help and serve others and he did it well. He worked at over 40 hospitals and medical facilities with numerous doctors, nurses and caregivers, with a specialty in emergency room and critical care. The world will just not be the same without him, he is missed greatly already. Visitation services for Jeff will be Tuesday, November 10th from 6-8 p.m. at Bradford O’Keefe, Ocean Springs. Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 11th at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Ocean Springs.
