Jerome Lamonte Witts

Mr. Jerome L. Witts, 63, of Ocean Springs, MS, February 28, 2011, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Witts was born in Philadelphia, PA and had been a longtime resident of the coast. He was a retired U. S. Air Force Veteran and currently employed with Ingalls /Northrup Grumman as an electrician. Mr. Witts was preceded in death by his parents, James Franklin and Elizabeth Cohen Witts. Left to grieve his passing is his family, Catherine Witts; son, James F. Witts, II of Ocean Springs; two grandsons, one granddaughter, two sisters, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and step-mother, Helena Witts. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at 7 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs where friends may visit from 5 until 7 p.m. Interment with military honors will be planned for a later date.
