Jerry Lynn Brooks

Jerry Lynn Brooks, age 84, of D’Iberville, passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at St. Joseph’s Hospice in Gulfport.

Mr. Brooks was born in Augusta County, VA on July 12, 1938, to Stella Alderman and Iskol Brooks. He retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service. He later retired from the Gulfport VA Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stella Alderman and Iskol Brooks.

He is survived by his spouse, Joanne Brooks; children, Chester, Momi, Joe, and Shawn; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.   

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
