Jesse E. Fox

Jesse E. Fox, age 87, passed away peacefully at his home in Saucier Tuesday, October 26, 2010 after a long battle with bone cancer. He was a WWII Veteran serving in China and India as a member of the 14th Air Force (The Flying Tigers). He also served as Mayor and Justice of the Peace of Speers Borough in Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his father Jesse H. Fox; his mother Viola Fox and his loving grandson, Derrick J. Fox. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Dorothy, three children James (Connie) Fox, Jeanne (Bill) Giese and Robert (Debbie) Fox; five grandchildren : James (Judy) Fox, Angela (Bryant) Powell, Jonathan (Annalee) Giese, Jeremy (Amanda) Giese and CPL. A. J. Giese US Army; ten great grandchildren, Nicholas, Harrison and Sarah Fox. Meghan and Skylar Powell. Destiny and Chloe' Fox, Judah, Grace-Anne, and Alivia Giese; and daughter in law, Stacy Fox. A memorial service will be held at 3 pm Saturday Oct. 30, 2010 at Lakeview Independent Baptist Church 18233 Hwy 53, Gulfport.
