Jessie Lynn Rogers

Mrs. Jessie Lynn Rogers, age 80, of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2014. Jessie was a longtime resident of the coast. She was a military wife and traveled everywhere with her husband, finally settling in Ocean Springs for the past 40 years. Jessie was a member of the Eastern Star and was the secretary for about 30 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Lillie Belle Stevens and a brother, Harley Turner. Survivors include her husband of 49 years, John Rogers and a daughter, Teresa Miller. Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 5, 2014, from 10:30 am until 12 noon, with a 12 noon chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery. .
