Jimmy Patrick Monk

Jimmy Patrick Monk, 72, of Saucier died Monday, October 20, 2008 in Gulfport. Jimmy was a lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was previously employed with Harrison County Beat 1. Jimmy was preceded in death by his brothers, Wayne and Howard and a sister, Betty Teague. Survivors include his soul mate, Joe Marie Hudson, son Jessie Woods, a granddaughter, Jessica Marie Woods who was his precious angel, sisters, Marie Vereker, Mary (Buddy) Vuyovich, Eva (Lonnie) Fountain, Elaine (David) Lazenby, brothers, W.J. (Agnes) Monk, Roy (Jackie) Monk, Ronnie (Yvette) Monk and a sister-in-law, Deena Monk. Service will be Wednesday, October 22, 2008, 2:00 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes where friends may visit from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Interment is in Cedar Lake Cemetery.
