JOAN KATHLEEN WILSON

Mrs. Joan Kathleen Valerie Wilson, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Friday, April 13, 2007, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Wilson was a native of London, England. She was a member of the Eastern Star, Daughters of the Nile, the Scottish Society, and the VFW Auxiliary. She was also a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees and the Christus Victor Lutheran Church. Mrs. Wilson was formerly employed with the Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Jackson County Campus, in the business office. Survivors include her husband, Carl F. Wilson of Ocean Springs, MS, They were wed on April 4, 1944. Survivors also include two sons, Timothy A. Wilson and his wife Melissa of Mobile, AL., and Christopher M. Wilson of Ocean Springs, MS, two grandchildren, Tony Wilson and wife, Michelle of Ocean Springs, Wendy McKee and her husband, Butch of Mobile, AL and three great-grandchildren; Julianna Wilson, Madison McKee, and Kodi Cuevas. On Monday, April 16, 2007, there will be a 6 PM Memorial Service at Christus Victor Lutheran Church in Ocean Springs. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to the Jackson County Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 998 Pascagoula, MS.
