JoAnn Carol Blum

Mrs. JoAnn Carol Blum, 73, of Saucier, died June 21, 2010. Mrs. Blum was born in Santa Rosa, California and resided on the Gulf Coast since 1975. Mrs. Blum was a member of Michael Memorial Baptist Church of Gulfport. Mrs. Blum was an Avon representative for 7 years and a District Sales Manager for 10 years. She was on the Circle of Excellence and won numerous awards for her management of her District. She worked for Hancock Bank for 10 years until retirement. She is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Isabelle Cameron of Lower Lake, CA. She is survived by her husband, Lionel Blum, to whom she was married since 1960; two daughters; Diana Lynn Blum Larkowski, Lynell Jean Blum Franklin; two sons, Gerald Keith Blum and Lionel J. (Skipper) Blum II, all of Saucier, five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, June 25, 2010, from 11:00 to 12:00 noon at Michael Memorial Baptist Church, Gulfport, followed by the service and burial at the Blum Family Cemetery, 22311 Armes Road in Saucier, MS. The family prefers memorial donations to Michael Memorial Baptist Church Building Fund, in her name at 15053 John Clark Road, Gpt. 39503.
