John Allen Parker

Mr. John A. Parker, 66, of Saucier, MS, died Saturday, April 23, 2005, in Saucier. Mr. Parker was a native of Biloxi and a lifelong resident of the coast. He was retired from the U. S. Army Reserves and also retired from AAFES at Keesler AFB. Mr. Parker was of the Baptist faith. He was an avid guitar player and performed at various functions. He also loved gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Ruby Parker. Survivors include his wife, Toni A. Parker of Saucier; two daughters, Shaina Parker Buller of Saucier and Kristine McMillan of Hattiesburg; three sons, Patrick Byrd and Beau Lopez of D'Iberville and Claude Kimbrell of Virginia; two sisters, Mary Ann Grimes of D'Iberville and Donna Carroll of Biloxi and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi where friends may visit one hour before service time. Burial will follow in Biloxi City Cemetery.
