John B. Mittrick

Mr. John B. Mittrick, age 68, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Saturday, September 2, 2006, in Mobile, AL. Mr. Mittrick was a resident of the community for eight years. He practiced law for many years in Hemet, CA., before moving to the coast in March, 1998. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Louise Mittrick. Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Guillotte Mittrick of Ocean Springs, MS., two daughters, Heidi Mittrick (Harold) Hitt and Shelly Mittrick, guardian son, Randy Riley, one stepdaughter, Donna Praiss, two stepsons, Scott Praiss and Glenn Praiss, five sisters, one brother, two grandchildren, Brittany and Brooke Hitt, and one stepgranddaughter, Sabrina Riley. A memorial service will be held at a later date in California. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
