John Raymond Boffenmyer

John Raymond Boffenmyer, age 71, passed away Saturday, January 27, 2018 in Moss Point, MS. He loved to teach and avid marksman. He enjoyed hanging with friends at the American Legion and spending time with loved ones and family. John is preceded in death by his father, James Robert Boffenmyer, and his mother, Mary Leony Simmons Boffenmyer. Survivors include his sons, John Boffenmyer and James Boffenmyer; his sister, Janice Rowles; his grandchildren, Adam James, Emily Marie, Jacob Riley. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2018 Biloxi City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the Jackson County Animal Shelter.
