John Benton "Jac" Robinson, Jr.

John Benton “Jac” Robinson, Jr., 74, of Gulfport, MS passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 in Gulfport.

Jac was born on January 13, 1949 in Portsmouth, VA to Helen Emily Lockwood and John Benton Robinson, Sr.  He served in the US Army and was presented the National Defense Service Medal and a Bronze Star for his service in Vietnam.  His hobbies were watching the New Orleans Saints, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his spouse, Faye Vead and his siblings, Richard Lockwood Robinson and Barbara Joann Briggs.

Jac is survived by his children, Adaina Moleta, Faydra Chaffins and Rachel Vizy; grandchildren Chad Burns, Jadha Atchison, Kaleb Chaffins, Grayson Vizy and Aria Langton; great grandchildren Devon Burnes and Zoie Burns; siblings James Brady Robinson and Helen Waltman and his pet Lil Bit.

There will be a graveside service on Friday, June 23, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery.
