Mr. John "J.B." Dubaz, 76, of Biloxi, died Friday, March 31, 2006 in Biloxi, MS.
Mr. Dubaz was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Korean War. He was a founding member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, where he volunteered many years service. He was a member of Knights of Columbus and the Elks Lodge.
Mr. Dubaz was preceded in death by his parents, Cecile and John Dubaz; sister, Lucille Griffey; mother and father-in-law, Earnestine and Elliott Bellande; and sister-in-law, Margaret Bellande.
Mr. Dubaz is survived by his wife of 52 years, Alice Bellande Dubaz of Biloxi; four sisters, Eunice Conger of Itasca, TX, Lillian Pierce and husband Jones of San Diego, CA, Beverly Romeo and husband John of Biloxi, and Martha Ann Weaver and husband H.W. of Saucier; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be Sunday, April 2, 2006 from 5:00 to 8:00pm with a 7:00pm Rosary at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Homes. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, April 3, 2006 at 11:00am at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church where friends may visit one hour prior to service time. Burial to follow in Southern Memorial Park.
