Mr. John O. "Cadillac" Brashear, 54, died Sunday, January 1, 2006, in Jackson County. He was a lifelong resident of Biloxi. John was an avid fisherman and worked at Little Joe's Fish Camp. He attended Biloxi High School and worked as an auto mechanic. John will be remembered for the loving care he gave to his nephew and others.
John was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria L. Brashear, his sister, Heidi Pardee, and his brother,David Pardee.
Survivors include two daughters, Rebecca Brashear and Michelle Brashear; one son, Jeremy Brashear, all of D'Iberville; his mother, Mrs. Dorothy Brashear Pardee, of D'Iberville; one sister Mrs. Linda Thomas, and her husband, Johnny, of Gulfport, two brothers, Donald Pardee, and his wife, Alfreda, of Ocean Springs and Gene Dwayne Pardee of D'Iberville; his uncle and aunt, John and Avis Switzer of Ocean Springs; one niece, Angela; two nephews, Michael and John Thomas, and a great nephew, Braden.
Visitation is Monday, January 9, 2006, from 9 till 10 a.m. at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi. Graveside services will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Biloxi City Cemetery.
