John Enos Rose, II

John Enos Rose II, age 87, passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023.

John was born on December 18, 1935, a long-time resident of Taunton, MA, and joined his family on the Gulf Coast three years ago. He was an avid reader and a man of few words, but when he talked people listened. John was proud of his family most of all.  Although having only an 8^th grade education, he went on to achieve endless accomplishments. Later in life John returned to school to earn his associate degree. He was an employee of Walco Electric for over fifty years, where he retired at age 84.

Left to cherish John's memory include his beloved wife of 66 years, Joanne Rose; daughters, Donna Prairie and Lynn Morrison; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and his brother, Paul Rose.  

There will be no viewing. Family and friends will meet at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport at 11:00 a.m. on June 20, 2023 and go in procession to Biloxi National Cemetery for a graveside service with military honors.
