Mr. Jon Howard Jackson, age 61, of Gautier passed away on Monday, May 27, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital in Gulfport. Mr. Jackson was born on January 20, 1958 in Chatsworth, CA, to Robert and Rita Bradley Jackson. He served in the U.S. Army where he was a Specialist Four. He was also a sales representative for a multinational company that sold electrical supplies and the Chief Operation Officer for Security Technology Company. Mr. Jackson was a motorcycle enthusiast, loved basketball, and was 31 year active member of Alcoholics Anonymous where he sponsored many men and helped them reach the goal of sobriety. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bud Jackson. Survivors include his children, Holly Souza, Justin Dann, and John Dann; and siblings, Jimmy Larsen, Wendy Jackson, and Roberta Jackson. A memorial service will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit one-hour prior to service. A potluck dinner will be held at The Little Yellow House in honor of Jon Jackson and Tim Cyrus immediately following the service.
