Jordan R. "Jody" Adams, Sr.

Mr. Jordan R. "Jody" Adams, Sr., age 45, of Biloxi, MS., passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2011, in Austin, TX. Jody was born in Aquadillo, Puerto Rico at Ramey AFB, and was a longtime resident of Biloxi and Ocean Springs, MS. He also resided in Flora, MS. and worked at Kearney Park Farms in Flora. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Kathryn Tullos and Walter M. Tullos and his paternal grandparents, Anne Clyde and Vernon Phillips. Survivors include his son, Jordan R. Adams, Jr., of Flora, MS. and his wife, Drema Adams of Decatur, MS; his mother, Dorothy J. "Dot" Adams and his father, Leonard F. Adams, both of Ocean Springs, MS; one sister, Jennifer Kathryn Adams Morrow of Waldorf, MD; two brothers, John L. (Michele) Adams, Jr. of Woodbridge, VA and Jeffrey M. Adams of Ocean Springs, MS; aunts and uncles, Robert (Lucy) Tullos, Becky (George) Jenkins, Carolyn Adams, Darlene (David) Blair and Cathey Lovett; nieces, Daniele Adams, Jessica, Jackie and Julia Morrow, and Cierra Boyanton Adams; nephews, John Adams III and Jonathan Morrow; and numerous cousins and friends. On Saturday, June 18, 2011, there will be a visitation from 1:00~ 2:00 pm with a 2:00 pm Memorial Service, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home.
