Joseph Brian Reeves

Mr. Joseph "Joe" Brian Reeves, age 44, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Sunday, March 11, 2007, in Ocean Springs. Joe was born on October 6, 1962, in Houston, Texas, and was a lifelong resident of Ocean Springs, MS. He graduated from Vancleave High School in 1981. He was loved by everyone, did not know a stranger and would do anything for you. Joe loved to fish, watch sci-fi movies and spend time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas L. Reeves, Sr. and a brother, James K. Reeves. Survivors include his fiancee', Sheila Chavez of Ocean Springs, MS., mother and step-father, Mr. and Mrs. Wade (Rita) Beech of Vancleave, MS., four brothers, Rodney C. Reeves of Gautier, MS., Kenneth (Sara) Reeves of Wisconsin Rapids, WI., Thomas L. (Trina) Reeves, Jr. and Shannon P. Reeves, all of Ocean Springs, MS., six nephews and two nieces, Michael, Ryan, Christopher, Alex, Cory, Savannah, Thomas III, and Makaira Reeves, one great-nephew, Christopher Reeves, two step-sisters, Malynda (Rob) Burkett of Pensacola, FL., Glynda Beech of Lucedale, MS., two step-brothers, Carmen (Shannon) Beech of Gatlinburg, TN., Chad (Jackie) Beech of Lake Butler, FL., and nine step-nieces and nephews, Visitation will be on Thursday, March 15, 2007, from 6-8 PM, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. On Friday, March 16, 2007, there will be a 10 AM chapel service in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
