Joseph John Schmalzel

Joseph John Schmalzel, 74, of Windcrest in San Antonio, TX passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2022 in Windcrest, TX.

Mr. Schmalzel was born in Palmerton, PA. He lived on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for a short time before Hurricane Katrina. He was an over the road truck driver. Mr. Schmalzel served in the USMC for 4 years. He resided in Windcrest in San Antonio, TX when he passed away.

Mr. Schmalzel’s survivors include his sister, Ellen Kirkpatrick of Ocean Springs, MS; his niece, Charlotte Davidson of Ocean Springs, MS; and his nephew, Joe Kirkpatrick of Biloxi, MS.
