Josephine T. Aquino

Josephine T. Aquino, age 71, of Gulfport died Saturday, March 26, 2011 in Gulfport. She was a recent resident of Gulfport and was a former resident of Kansas City, Missouri. She was a graduate of Lillis High School in Kansas City and retired from US Postal Service with 35 years of service. She loved her family and friends and will be missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her mother, Carmen Benge. Mrs. Aquino is survived by her daughter, Renee (Jason) Hopper of Gulfport; her father,Robert A. Benge of Independence, Missouri; two sisters, Mary Helen (Tony) Rodriguez , Roberta (Mike) Brown all of Kansas City, Mo; a brother, Robert J. (Heather) Benge of Overland Park, Kansas; two grandchildren, Joseph (Amber) Donegan of Jonesboro, Ark., and Hannah Donegan of Gulfport; and three great-grandchildren, Zachary, Tristan, and Joseph Peyton. Funeral services will be held in Kansas City, Missouri. The family prefers memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
