Josephine Toche

Mrs. Josephine H. Toche, age 84, of Ocean Springs, died Thursday, April 8, 2010 in Vancleave. Mrs. Toche was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved to spend time in her swing on her porch in Ocean Springs with her family. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. She is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Alvin Ashton Toche, daughter, Patricia Marie Toche, son, Alvin Toche, Jr., parents, Walter and Effie Hayden, a sister and three brothers. Survivors include one daughter, Shirley (Bill) Parker of Vancleave; three sons, Fred (Trudy) Toche of Bay St. Louis, Charles (Judy) Toche of Vancleave, and Bufford (Cindy) Toche of Tennessee; one sister of Mobile, AL; one brother of Boston, MA; twenty grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, April 11, 2010 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Service will be Monday, April 12, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Ocean Springs, MS.
