Joshua A. Hopkins

Joshua A. Hopkins, age 34, of Gulfport, MS passed away Saturday, June 26, 2021. Joshua was artistic and could make beautiful jewelry. He was gifted in playing the guitar like his dad. Growing up on the Coast, he discovered the joy of fishing early on. Joshua was a friendly fellow. He had a loving, humble nature and will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Joshua was preceded in death by his father, Jack E. Hopkins, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Roy and Marian Masson; paternal grandfather, Jack E. Hopkins, Sr.; aunt, Linda Mecomber and uncle, John C. Hopkins. He is survived by his mother, Cindy Hopkins; one daughter, Lily Hopkins; two sons, Joshua Hopkins, Jr., and Jacob Hopkins; one sister, Aimee Brown; one brother, Jack E. Hopkins, III; paternal grandmother Mary Polk; eight uncles; two aunts; many cousins, nieces and nephews. The family will have private services at a later date.
