Joyce E. Sandlin Laminack, 59, of Diamondhead, MS, formerly of Hanceville, AL, died Sunday, January 15, 2006 at Gulfport Memorial Hospital in Gulfport, MS.
Mrs. Laminack was born in Cullman County, AL on June 12, 1946 to Earlie Maloy and Orpha Bee McCombs Sandlin. She was a devoted wife and mother and loved by all. She was an active member of Robinwood Baptist Church.
Mrs. Laminack was preceded in death by her father, Maloy Sandlin.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Joe E. Laminack, two daughters, Cindy (Nat) Keating and Kim (Brent) Turner, five grandchildren, Amanda Galloway, Kristie Keating, Rendy Ladner, Arin Ladner and Dillan Turner, her mother, Bee Sandlin of Cullman, AL, one sister, Sandra (Butch) Luna of Hanceville, AL and one brother, Wayne (Kathy) Sandlin of Cullman, AL and several nieces
and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6 until 8 P.M., Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road in Gulfport. The funeral service will be 11:30 A.M., Wednesday, January 18, 2006 at Robinwood Baptist Church, where friends may visit one hour before service. Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery.
