Joyce Ragusa Landry

Joyce Ragusa Landry, age 88, of Slidell passed away Friday, April 6, 2018 in Slidell, LA. She was born in New Orleans and was a long time resident of Slidell. She was a member of the Catholic faith. She was a former member of the Pines Village Garden Club in New Orleans and won several “Garden of the Month Awards”. She was a beloved pre-school teacher who loved being with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Stanislaus Landry, III. She is survived by three daughters, Suzanne Webster (Roy), Rebecca Shay (John), Kelli Guttierrez (Steve); a son, Stan Landry; four sisters, Audrey Enzor, Bette Winkler, Jackie Hopkins (Melvin) and Phyliss LaBauve; a brother, Milton “Butch” Ragusa (Ellen); 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren and one great great-granddaughter. There will be a private graveside service at Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is in charge of arrangements.
