Joyce Irene Martin

Joyce Irene Martin, 85, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2015 in Mobile, AL. Mrs. Martin was born in Canada where she attended and graduated from Nursing School. She worked all along the Gulf Coast area as a Registered Nurse in many different hospitals. Mrs. Martin was a loving mother who took good care of her family. She was good to many and will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy W. Martin, Sr.; and her parents, Donald and Mable McDonald. Mrs. Martin’s survivors include her daughter, Virginia Kramer (Tony) of Fairhope, AL; her sons, Roy W. Martin, Jr., Brett Martin, Daniel Martin and Sean Martin, all of Ocean Springs and Rodney Martin of the Philippines; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Monday, April 6, 2015 at 11:30 am. Friends may visit from 10:30 am until service time. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
