Juanna Richardson Recore

Juanna Richardson Recore, age 55, of Biloxi, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2024. Juanna was born on July 4, 1968, in Selma, Alabama. She graduated from Biloxi High School and later earned a BS degree from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA. She taught school for a few years and later worked in real estate. Juanna was a member of Cedar Lake Global Methodist Church.  

She was preceded in death by her dad, Robert R. Richardson; and her brother, Robert V. Richardson. 

Juanna is survived by her beloved husband, Kenneth (Kenny) Recore; son, Donovan Thompson; daughter, Rylee Brown; step-daughter, Rachel Recore (Brin); step-son, Randy Recore; mother, Lucretia Richardson Scarborough; step-dad, Michael E. Scarborough; step-sister, Karen Ward (Jim); step-brothers, Sidney Scarborough (Marsha), Bradley Scarborough, and Brian Scarborough (Shelley); and several nieces and nephews. 

Juanna will be greatly missed by family and many friends. 

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Friday, January 26, 2024 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends are invited to visit from 12 pm - 2 pm.
