Judith Ann Jones

Judith A. Jones, age 71, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024 in Gulfport, MS.

She was born on May 6, 1952, in Dayton, OH to Charles and Ruth Buchanan.  She was employed with General Motors.  She enjoyed her crafts and antiquing, but above all she loved her children, grandchildren and her dogs.  As we lay Judith to rest, trouble is gonna lose her, worry leaves her behind in true peace of mind.  As we recall the good times and laughter and pray for God’s peace on all the family, she will stand in true peace of mind way over yonder.

Judith is preceded in death by her parents; her children, Kelly Jones and Shawn Jones and a sister, Pamela Hughes.

She is survived by her daughter, Terri L. Jackson; her grandchildren, Matthew Jackson, Casey Jackson, Autumn Rene Collier, Cheyanne P. Ellis, Taylor Latta, Bobbi Jones and Maggie Jones; her siblings, Glenda Brents, Steven Hughes and Cheryl Murrell and her dogs, Papilion, Bella and Obidiah.

The family would like to thank her sister, Glenda Brents for overseeing her health and providing care needs; Conrad Duncan Lutz for always being there for anything needed.

A private family service will be held.
