Judy Carroll Freed

Judy Carroll Freed, age 66, of Long Beach died Wednesday, August 27, 2008 in Long Beach. She was born in Biloxi and was a lifelong resident of the Coast. She enjoyed going to the casinos. Mrs. Freed was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Freed, Jr.; a daughter, Sandra Freed; three sisters and five brothers. She is survived by three daughters, Wendy Schonewitz and her partner, Craig Beeman of Long Beach, Sharon Rutherford and husband, Bert of Long Beach, and Kate Downs and husband, David of Pass Christian; two sisters, three brothers; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. There will be a graveside service Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is in charge of arrangements.
