Julia Ann Pittsley

Ms. Julia Ann Martin Pittsley, age 48, of Gautier, MS., went to Heaven on the morning of August 16, 2008. Julia was born in Biloxi, MS., graduated from St. Martin High School and later graduated from MS. Gulf Coast Community College. Julia's life revolved around her family and friends despite all of her health problems. She always put others first. She was such a beautiful and loving person. She will be greatly missed and loved forever. She has been and will always be our Angel from above. She was preceded in death by her son, Kevin G. Pittsley and her father, Jack M. Martin, Jr. Survivors include her daughter, Vanessa (Jamie) Craswell, grandson, James, granddaughter, Ariel, a son, Keith (Nikki) Pittsley, granddaughter, Lacie, her mother, Debbie Martin, brothers, Dan (Debbie) Martin, Tom (Faye) Martin, sisters, Laura Wilkie, Wanda Lovell, and Donna Dees, numerous nieces and nephews, and a very special friend, William D. "Chico" McGill. Visitation will be on Thursday, August 21, 2008, from 10:30 AM - 12 Noon, with a 12 Noon chapel service all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations to help defray funeral expenses.
