Julian Louis Fayard, II, 66, passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2015. Born November 10, 1949, Julian was a lifelong resident of Woolmarket.
Julian was a contractor for 40 years and also enjoyed working with his business partner, Grey Young. He had a flare for life and enjoyed hunting, fishing and beekeeping. Julian especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. His quick wit and love of a joke will be missed by all who knew him and all can agree that he loved life and lived to the fullest.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Lee T. Fayard and Virginia Plummer Fayard; his loving wife of 35 years, Debbie Thibodeaux Fayard; and his daughter, LeaAnn Fayard.
Julian is survived by his son Julian Fayard, III, his wife Olivia and their two children, Julian Fayard, IV and Ashlyn Fayard; LeaAnn’s children, Eryn Irby and Mirabella Knight; his son, Randel Miller, his wife Missy and their children, Tyler and Madison Miller, Skylar Hilton and Chasity Wood; his son, Greg Miller, his wife Carrie and their daughter, Delaney Moran; his two brothers, Lee “Joe” Fayard and his wife Linda and Fred Fayard; his sister, Nancy Willis and her husband Mike; three great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and friends.
Funeral Services will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 12:00 pm. Friends may visit from 11:00 am until service time. Interment will follow at Coalville Cemetery in Woolmarket.
